The operations team manually assembled and shared status updates with clients. I designed a dashboard around their existing workflow to give clients direct access to that information.

I designed and built the system connecting that workflow to a client dashboard, with responsibility for the application, data integration, access controls, deployment, and hand-off.

I separated data synchronization from dashboard reads. A scheduled data integration kept the application’s cache updated, giving clients fast, straightforward access to status updates.

I built the application and data validation around this design, integrating it with the team’s existing operational workflow.

I implemented separate client and administrator access, with authentication and access controls for each. I also integrated product analytics.

I set up automated production delivery and handled deployment and operational hand-off. Clients gained direct access to updates, reducing the operations team’s manual reporting work.
